Watch Repairs
We offer battery replacement, crystal replacement, stem/crown replacement, and movement replacement on most watches. We DO NOT service manual watches.
Please contact the watch’s manufacturer for internal repairs.
Ring Sizing
We are able to size most rings up or down, straighten bent shanks, repair broken prongs, solder rings together, and more. Due to the many factors that go into ring repairs, (i.e. the condition it’s in, the metal used, whether it has stones, etc) we request bringing your item in to be assessed.
Insurance Appraisals
Appraisals are offered for insurance purposes ONLY. We do not appraise watches, coins, flatware, or other non-jewelry items. If you are interested in the identification of gemstones or metals only, with no written appraisal of value, we provide those services as well!
Custom Designs
Grader Jewelers offers a wide array of items in-store, but for those looking for something more customizable we’ve got you covered! From engagement rings to family mementos, we would love to help you create a piece of jewelry that is perfect for you.
Restringing
Ask about our Pearl Program! It’s the perfect gift that keeps on giving, and adding pearls purchased from Graders is at no additional charge. Please call or stop in for more details. We also offer pearl/bead restringing on items not purchased from Grader Jewelers.
